The CAS Dynamics Dialler (in beta) has been developed by comitFS to aid the optimisation of the workflow of regulated persona in Wealth, Private and Investment Banking. The Dialler allows regulated persona including sales traders on turrets to work more efficiently to assist with ever larger client coverage. For the Trader Voice and wider Digital workplace engineering teams our software ensures the media always remains on the device with comitFS only ever managing the third-party call control between the turret and the Dynamics application.
How does CAS Dynamics Dialler make life better for our customers?
The CAS Dynamics Dialler has been developed by comitFS to aid the optimisation of the workflow of regulated persona in Wealth, Private and Investment Banking with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
The Dialler uses Microsoft’s Channel Integration Framework and can be made available through Azure or on premise through CAS.
